Jenifer Roberts is an Operations Test Manager for the USCG Operations Systems Center. She holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from West Virginia University. In her spare time she enjoys being a consultant in the design of haunted houses, producing Apolloween, an annual fundraiser for the Apollo Civic Theatre, and volunteering for other non-profit causes.
